, america" will have live coverage when they are expecting the first waves to hit. waves of 33 feet tall is what hit japan. six feet is expected towards hawaii. the pacific tsunami warning center is watching the possibility of reaching the west coast. let's put this map up for you. tsunami warning in red and that is for the west coast of the united states. it depends on the local geography of how it will impact land. so there's possibility it may not be six feet. it could be higher or lower. from central california, this is north of l.a., up to oregon, they are under a warning, a warning just like the weather warnings means there's a definite possibility that it is going to happen as opposed to a watch which means the conditions are ripe. so we will continue to watch that. looks like it is going to be a 10 to 11:00 eastern time frame to hit oregon and california. so something we will be watching all morning. locally, we have had our problems. record rainfall yesterday at bwi at 2.61 inches. we had over four inches in baltimore county. rain showers continue to pull up the chesapeake. wate

mission sending them back to haiti, south and central america and the caribbean area. they are putting the finishing touches on that. joining us is captain todd. you said inside -- looking from the outside it's massive. give us a picture of what's going on. >> when you go inside, it's massive inside because if you didn't know any better, you would think it was a medical center. a lot of big open spaces, a lot of x-ray equipment in the hallways ready for x-rays when people come on in going into the operating rook. it looks like a regular operating room with gurneys ready to accept patients. the operating rooms are quite large compared to most operating rooms in a regular hospital. our wards are equally as big. only thing that's different than a regular hospital is in the ward, they are in bunk beds. so, we have the capability to put patients on the lower level and also the upper level. but other than that, you wouldn't notice you are on a ship it's so large. >> reporter: and you were in haiti last year when the earthquake struck and you are going back as part of the mission. what does i
